Weekly Porsche Wrap

Porsche slices exhibit at Porsche Museum – Below is a sampling of one of the pics from the layout shown on Notcot.com. It’s an exhibit showing slices of a Porsche 911 to illustrate the various stages of the design process. Pretty cool exhibit and the pictures are worth taking a look at.

Porsche recalls ALL Panameras – Not surprisingly, Porsche has recalled all Porsche Panamera models built. This is due to the possibly faulty seat-belt tensioners. The 11,300 Panameras sold so far will get the upgraded seat-belt mechanism. Expensive, sure, but not a crazy recall in my opinion. Much better than the mysterious acceleration problem Toyota has experienced with the Prius. [Via USAToday.com]

  1. I have a Porsche Engine that I had rebuilt, and then it was wrapped up and then put in storage. Will it still be any good after 12 years sitting up????

    • A couple of others here could give you more insight, but I would say yes provided it was stored properly.
