Re vid #2, I know that in some European countries, a car confiscated from a convicted drug dealer must be destroyed, by law.

No. 2 – That is just a shame. If Jim’s statement is true, I guess that explains why. But you think they would get smart and sell it and make some money for the state.
The second video was a cannibalized and empty shell. That doesn’t make it okay, just a bit easier to take…
