Tee It Up…Would You Rather Poll

Another week (or so), another poll. Here are the results:

Would You Rather…Have a 1955 Speedster or a 1989 Speedster?

  • 1955 Porsche Speedster: 61% (11)
  • 1989 Porsche Speedster: 39% (7)

Total Votes: 18

A pretty evenly matched poll this time around, but in true Porsche spirit, the older car won out. I wonder if anyone would be swayed to the newer Speedster if you had to use it as your daily driver?

This week’s Would Your Rather poll could be a bit of a tester as well: Would You Rather…Have a Porsche Carrera GT or a Porsche 911 Turbo (any year) as your daily driver?

    The more I see the old Speedsters the more I like them and think it would be fun to drive and own won of those. (And yes I used ‘won’ as a subliminal message, so maybe somebody could win one of those someday).

    Having worked on and driven 356 speedsters I know that they are fun but not a real world car. For a weekend driver they are great.With the newer speedster you would be able to get more use out of it.
