For all you GT3 fans out there, this video will provide 4 minutes and 25 seconds of pure viewing pleasure for you. It features not just one, but TWO GT3s. Makes me wonder, if your job was to test cars like this all day, would you actually buy one? If so, what do you think […]

Weekly Porsche Wrap

Porsche art anyone? – Robynn Snaders is painting a restored 1963 356 for the 2009 Houston Art Car Parade. Her creation is called Psychedelic Surfer Dude. Hmmm. Kind of a new take on the Outlaw 356. [Via Chron.com] 2011 Porsche 911 998 spotted at test track – There really isn’t much to see in the […]

Porsche Dynamic Cornering Lights

This is a pretty cool feature I was reading a little more about today. It’s called dynamic cornering lights and comes standard on the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo. The basics are when you come wheelin around a corner, the electronics account for a number of factors like speed and how hard you’re cornering, and turn […]

RUF Wheelin Porsche

The beloved Paul, silent owner of PorschePerfect.com, sent me these pictures a few days ago. Someone just mentioned RUF wheels on another Porsche and I thought I’d throw this car up for your viewing pleasure. It was spotted in Keizer, Oregon. A nice looking ride WITH RUF wheels.

Porsche and VW are making plans to tie the knot. Here’s a snippet from WSJ.com: FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)–Porsche Automobil Holding SE (PAH3.XE) and […]

What do you get once you’ve built a successful supercar brand like Porsche? A boatload of manufacturers who want to use your brand status to bolster a special edition product. And guess what? I’m the sucker they’re targeting. I don’t know what it is about supercar branded products, but many of them trigger some kind […]

911 Turbo For Sale

I’m sorry I’m such a Turbo whore. I just can’t help myself. I wasn’t going to post this one up, because it’s just a for sale ad, but I keep thinking about the car (yes, another one of “those”). So I figure if I keep thinking about it, maybe others will enjoy seeing this one. […]

Weekly Porsche Wrap

We’re wrapping up last week a little late. Some interesting stuff happening “out there” in Porscheland. Porsches 2 Oxford anticipates nearly 500 cars for 2009’s event – After I got done reading this, I was trying to figure out how I could swing a trip to Oxford. It’s dubbed “a casual Porsche party” with the […]

New Porsche GT3 Video

This is just a stinking cool car. Definitely on my Ultimate Cars list of vehicles I’d like to own at some point in my life. Every time I see one of these videos, it reminds me of how much I’d like to learn to drift like that. I need to go to track drifting school.
